1. Create the form in your 123ContactForm account. Any type of form or survey works, since they can all be linked to Facebook and Twitter simultaneously. Keep in mind that the Form + Facebook + Twitter formula applies best to surveys, order forms, registration forms, i.e. cases in which spreading the word is purposeful.

2. Enable Twitter integration for your form. This can be set up easily in your Settings → Applications section. The integration links your 123ContactForm account to your Twitter account and means that a message – fully customizable in the 123ContactForm interface – will be tweeted each time somebody fills out your form.

3. Publish the form using the 123ContactForm application for Facebook. Go to your Facebook account, access the application and create the form/page association in the application interface. If another form is already published on your Facebook page, don’t worry – you can publish up to five forms on the same Facebook page.

And here’s the outcome. The form will show up nicely in a separate tab on your Facebook page. Each time it gets filled out, a message will be automatically sent from your Twitter account, saying, for instance, User has just registered on Form Name.

Facebook pages are the easiest to create for promoting a product, service, event or idea. And the quickest to find. Facebook forms have good exposure and usually gather many submissions. With the 123ContactForm app, posting a form on your Facebook page requires nothing more than a couple of clicks.

Twitter stresses the essential. Short and focused messages announcing that somebody filled out the form are simple and effective means for raising form popularity. Tweets will generate new form users at an accelerated pace and you’ll receive more and more enthusiastic form submissions.

After you’ve set up the form, just lay back and enjoy the results.

Go to your 123ContactForm Form editor and press Add field → Advanced fields → Social buttons. Simply click on the button or drag it to your main view.

The social platform icons will appear on your form and you can move on to customizing options. You can choose what social icons will be displayed and tweak their behavior.

Click on the Social Buttons field in your main view to open the Edit field panel on the left side of the screen.

First, align the social buttons to the left or to the right of your web form by selecting your preferred option in the Align dropdown list.

Then, in the Buttons section, tick or untick the social network icons that you want displayed within your form.

Finally, decide whether the number of likes, +1’s, tweets and LinkedIn recommendations will be public or not by selecting or deselecting the Show count option.

That’s it! Your web form URL will be passed on to your form visitors’ social groups with each click on the social icons. If form users are not logged in on the social platform where they want to recommend your web form, a pop-up window will invite them to do so.

Enable our Twitter integration by visiting your 123ContactForm Settings section -> Applications tab. Select the Twitter application in the dropdown list and press Add. In the application box, press Connect. Provide your Twitter username and password and press Sign In. The 123ContactForm application for Twitter will not have access to your password or to your direct messages.

Once your 123ContactForm and Twitter accounts are have been connected, you can customize the text of the tweets that will be generated. Apart from the fixed text, you can use codes – such as {{FormName}} or [%Name%] – to import visitors’ input to your Twitter messages. All form fields can be employed likewise. Press Save when you’re finished and enjoy!

• Login your 123ContactForm account, and create a contact form
• Go to Get Html Code page and copy the form code to the clipboard
• Login your MySpace account
• From the Profile menu, select Edit Profile
• In the left part of the page that appears, click on About Me
• In the textbox that appears, paste the form code that you have in clipboard (press CTRL+V)
• Click the Save Changes button

The contact form will now appear on your profile page.
