White Label Forms & Surveys

Clients are interested in the result of your work. That’s what they pay for and what they want to get done as quickly and professionally as possible. Most often, they are less or not at all interested in how you do the work, as long as you do it. But, when the product that you deliver to clients implies a contact between them and your tools, you probably don’t want those tools to be associated with a third party.

123ContactForm is one of the white label tools that saves you a bunch of time, whilst being easily brandable. Let’s say that you represent a web design/development company that uses 123ContactForm to build web forms and surveys for clients. Where to begin in turning the white label into your own label?

Start by changing your 123ContactForm account details (My AccountChange Account Details). Focus on the last two options in the customization lightbox: Domain Name and Logo. In the first box, type the subdomain that you are using as an alias for the 123ContactForm.com domain. Here is information on how to create a domain alias. Users will see no reference to 123ContactForm in form URLs, only the subdomain used as an alias.

Logo Subdomain

Moving on to the logo, change our logo to yours using the File Upload field in the customization lightbox. Your custom logo will appear on the page shown in the image below. This page looks a bit unfamiliar, right? Well, to your clients, it will be very much familiar, since it will be the home page of their form management system.

Which brings us to subusers and subaccounts. On your master account, you can create subaccounts for your clients, in order for them to be able to view and edit forms themselves. They will be logging in to a regular account, where they’ll be managing forms according to the levels of permission you’ve granted them. Read more about subusers and subaccounts.

In short, with 123ContactForm, you can not only build web forms for your clients’ websites, but also make it seem like everything is happening on your own website and provide clients with a really cool form management tool.
